BFA II

OK, so it's been a while.
I've just stopped caring about most things... yeah, senioritis has hit... bad

But although LONG overdue, here are some images from my second BFA show, as none of you were able to see it!

the Porcelain Curtain aka : Grace [for Felix]

a close up

another view

Sister [Beth]

very happy with how this turned out!

another view... a cool one I might add

my Pilgrim's Box - it had a lot of 'stuff' in it including a handmade scroll, a ceramic torso, some cool stones, a penny, a rosary from The Vatican, a jar of sand, a basket of strings and straw.... yeah lots of stuff... but they all had meaning of some sort to me...

a different view of the whole box with lid that I made!

So, there it is, the three works from my second show.... and these pictures were taken by my roommate's sister Kristin Jonker, because my images didn't come out as good as her's... something to do with time of day the photos were taken...

Anyway, so there it is.
Now I have to get a little bit of homework done for tomorrow... yes I do still care about some things... just not the boring things... :)

I love the porcelain curtain - that has to go up on display somewhere, sometime - but I think it needs to be backlit like in the picture - I didn't realize how translucent those pieces would be. Did it make music when it was hanging?
